**The Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales department, acting as a crucial link between our customers and the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, offering support from initial survey booking through to installation commencement.
- Diligently update the CRM system with customer documentation and interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Make approximately 40 calls per day to customers, focusing on gathering required documentation and answering queries.
- Utilise initiative to assist customers in obtaining necessary documents, providing various options for submission to our business.
- Maintain a driven attitude towards making calls and engaging with customers throughout the day.
**Who You Are**:
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- **Highly organised, methodical, and adept at troubleshooting.**:
- Proficient in using computers and managing CRM systems.
- Ideally, you have an awareness of the ECO4 scheme.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
