**Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week**

**About the position.**

As a works Supervisor, you will manage a dedicated team driving excellent service standards and achievement of the specific project from inception to completion, ensuring objectives and relevant KPI’s are met. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team targets are met within overall time, cost, and budget constraints.

You will manage team performance in accordance with company protocols, ensuring they are clear in terms of their roles and responsibilities. You will undertake regular Toolbox talks, mentor, coach and motivate staff, ensuring our team deliver exemplary services. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues, advising management, and implementing action plans to address any areas of non-conformance.

**About You**

You will have significant technical knowledge and extensive proven experience within the Construction Industry. You will have a relevant Site Management Safety Training (SSTS /SMSTS or equivalent) certificate and comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, technology, and materials. Your excellent time management, good IT skills and proactivity will ensure your flexible approach and influencing skills will drive and support the team.

You must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
