We have an opportunity for a Legal Admin Assistant to join a national provider of Open Space Management, to play an active role in ensuring the business achieves its completion targets.

**The Role**

As a Legal Admin Assistant, you will be crucial to our continued success by assisting with all in-house legal admin duties as required by our internal and external stakeholders to ensure we meet our business targets.

**The Person**

If you are recent law graduate, have gained experience within the legal sector in an admin role or you simply have a passion for property law and are looking for that next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.

Although full training and ongoing support will be provided, applicants will need to demonstrate that they are confident with a can-do attitude, have a genuine interest in this area of the legal sector or have previous experience in a similar role.

Experience working within property law, the housebuilding sector or green services environment (grounds maintenance, arboriculture, landscaping & estates services) is a bonus; what is essential is the willingness and ability to do what is right.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Assisting our in-house Legal team in the drafting, co-ordination and issuing of transfer contracts & agreements.
- Requesting + reviewing searches.
- Identifying Risks & Opportunities prior to land transfers.
- Providing executive summaries.
- Reviewing red line transfer drawings.
- Organising & maintaining files.

**Key Skills**
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload.
