**Job Title**: Manufacturing Operator - Electrical - Day Shift
**Location**:Templecombe
**Hours**:
You'll be working out of our Templecombe manufacturing site as part of a new shift we're implementing.
You will work 9.25 hours a day 4 days a week - Monday - Thurs
**The Role**
Our Manufacturing Operators develop and produce wiring for electrical assemblies and cable harnesses, within allocated times and in line with required standards and quality criteria. Some experience working in a technical role would be advantageous but full training will be provided. You’ll work with an experienced team and have ample opportunity to learn, develop and progress.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manufacture electrical assemblies on time and to quality
- Detect problems relative to existing methods, tools and techniques and escalate to the Team Leader
- Escalating Health and safety issues to the Team Leader
- Ensuring 5S standards are met
**About you**:
- Genuine interest in working in a technical manufacturing role
- Able to grasp and develop technical skills
- Can follow instructions and work to tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn
- Currently hold or able to obtain SC level clearance at UK eyes only
