We are pleased to offer this opportunity to join our Quality Assurance Team. The Quality Assurance Facilitator will support the Quality Assurance Manager in the development and delivery of processes and assurance systems across the Trust to achieve a good or outstanding rating with CQC standards and meet the requirements of other regulatory bodies.

The role will also support the Quality Assurance Manager on the implementation of the regulatory framework and registration requirements for the Care Quality Commission.

This role would suit someone who is driven, motivated, and able to work on their own initiative, whilst working to achieve the Trust's aims and objectives.

To work with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop and maintain robust systems for communicating and monitoring compliance related issues across the organisation.

To support the governance & quality assurance processes to ensure the Trust meets the current and future requirements of the CQC

To lead on specific projects in relation to regulation and compliance of standards and registration requirements, as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager.

Liaise with managers, clinicians, colleagues and staff about registration requirements and evidence collection in relation to registration and core standards
