**Responsibilities**:
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning documents, and maintaining organised records.

Manage the company's accounts mailbox by promptly responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

Prepare and send invoices and statements accurately and in a timely manner.

Generate invoices from AutoTask (AT) and quotes in Zomentum, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Amend recurring billing for new employees and templates as needed.

Assist with debt collection efforts by following up with clients on outstanding payments.

Coordinate Microsoft License Renewals, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with licensing agreements.

Monitor and manage ESET licenses, ensuring proper utilization and renewal as necessary.

Handle phone billing tasks efficiently and accurately.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and financial records.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes is preferred.

Xero experience is a plus

Additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is advantageous.

Working Conditions:
This position typically operates in an office environment but has the potential to be a hybrid role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
