Motor Claims Admin

Previous experience of either motor claims or working in an accident repair centre is essential. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE.

You will be working as part of our small and friendly FNOL and repair management team. Our clients are chiefly corporate fleet operators and insurers. We take FNOL calls from company car drivers, allocate the damaged vehicle to a repairer and monitor the job to completion and invoicing.

For the higher end of the salary scale you are required to have a wide range of relevant experiences, ideally including FNOL, salvage disposal, roadside recovery, liaising with insurers and third-party intervention.

We offer a pleasant working environment with good holidays and free tea and coffee. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:50 - 17:05. Casual dress.

This is an office based role, at Repair Link CW5 6GD. You must be Covid vaccinated.
