**About The Role**:
Here at InHealth, we are expanding our teams and we have a requirement for a **Healthcare Support Worker** to join our team in an endoscopy setting. You will help to deliver endoscopy services for our static site to the highest standards, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of our patients.

**What you’ll do**:

- Welcoming patients to the clinic in a professional manner and acting as patient advocate at all times to ensure both privacy and dignity
- The decontamination and disinfection of endoscopes and accessories, including the safe handling and safe storage of equipment.
- Assisting in the procedure room with patients clinical procedures
- Assessing patients’ conditions post procedure and report any changes to the relevant staff
- Re-ordering supplies of consumables as required
- Cleaning, monitoring and tidying equipment as directed and report any problems or malfunctions to senior member of staff

**About you**:

- Personal interest & experience of delivering patient centred care.
- A good understanding of health and safety and infection control
- Flexible for working patterns to fulfil site requirements.
- Commitment to continuous professional learning demonstrate up-keeping of required skills and competencies.
- Time Management and workload management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
