**Overview**
The Administrator for the Share Incentive Plan (SIP) Team will be based at our fantastic office in the centre of Leeds. The Administrator will assist in the administration of custody operations and any other associated tasks for the SIP Transfers and Custody area. You will liaise with brokers to arrange trade/settle the movement of stock and complete stock withdrawals, in addition to dealing with transfer ours from Share Incentive Plans (SIP’s).

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensuring any complaints that are received are dealt with in accordance with the defined procedures
- Investigating and resolving any reconciliation issues, liaising with the areas concerned and reporting any issues to the Supervisor
- Ensuring that any incidents or breaches are reported in accordance with procedures
- Performing required daily tasks in relation to Crest GUI functions when required
- Providing accurate daily statistics for Management Information
- Ensuring the key controls you are responsible for are carried out in a timely manner, any issues highlighted and addressed and followed through to resolution

**What we’re looking for**:

- A team player with demonstrable administration skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines within a supportive team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak with internal colleagues, external clients and SIP Participants to create and develop strong, positive and engaging working relationships
- Financial Services experience would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all situations
- An understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an ability to learn new systems
- Self-understanding with the drive and desire to improve your own core skills and knowledge
