We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will play a crucial role in providing educational support and guidance to students. Your main responsibility will be to help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, especially in special education (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to connect with students and create a positive learning environment
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and assignments simultaneously
