**MYONA Group Limited**, a well-established construction firm in Reading, is on the search for skilled Construction Workers to be part of our team. This self-employed position is crucial to a wide array of construction projects we handle, and your role will involve:

- Executing diverse construction-related activities under the guidance of our site managers.
- Efficiently managing the logistics of materials and tools, including their safe transport to and from our sites.
- Operating a range of construction equipment and tools, with a strong emphasis on maintaining safety and operational effectiveness.
- Undertaking site preparation and upkeep, ensuring a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe construction site.
- Proactive communication with the team and supervisors, contributing to a well-coordinated project environment.

**Pluses but not required**:

- Experience in the construction industry is valued, particularly in specialized areas, but is not mandatory.
- The capacity for physically challenging work, including the ability to lift and manage heavy materials.
- Familiarity with a variety of construction tools and equipment.
- Commitment to teamwork and a reliable work ethic.
- Eagerness to absorb new skills and directions from our seasoned construction team.
- Holding a valid driver's license is a plus, but not a necessity.

**Salary**: £110.00-£140.00 per day
