Position: Receptionist Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 or Monday to Wednesday (Flexible options available) Location: Leonardslee House, a sanctuary of opulence and natural beauty

Your Role: As a Receptionist at Leonardslee House, you will become the orchestrator of unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests. With your warm smile and impeccable professionalism, you will be the face of our enchanting estate. Guided by a commitment to excellence, you will handle various booking systems with ease, ensuring seamless interactions with our valued guests.

**Requirements**:

- Computer Literacy: Harness your tech-savviness to navigate multiple booking systems effortlessly and handle various administrative tasks with grace.
- Guest Relations: Delight our guests with exceptional service, attending to their needs, inquiries, and requests, leaving a lasting impression of hospitality and care.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and engage with guests and team members alike.
- Flexibility: Adapt to dynamic situations and changing priorities, ensuring a seamless experience for guests amidst the ebb and flow of the day.
