JRS are delighted to be partnering with their client in Basingstoke who are seeking an **Administrator** to come and join their nightshift on a temp to perm basis. This role will be working Sunday - Thursday nights between **9pm and 6am**.

This role is a **full-time position** working for a busy distribution centre offering vital support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Duties to include (but not limited to):

- Processing paperwork from all departments providing reports for analysis
- Keeping all relevant spread sheets and systems accurate
- Investigate stock discrepancies
- Filing of all paperwork in a logical order, maintaining the filing systems is relevant
- Prepare KPI’s for pickers and warehouse performance metrics
- Working with the Nightshift Supervisor to ensure the workload is allocated and recorded accurately
- Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner
- Achieve targets set out by Team Leaders/Supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time

- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a logistics or Distribution environment
