Do you want to be part of a new journey within Housing Needs? We are looking for dynamic self-starters to join our newly formed Housing Solutions Team who share our values of achieving excellent customer service.

The Housing Solutions Team provides a range of housing services, including housing advice and options. The team are responsible for preventing homelessness and deliver this alongside key partner services.

You will be the first point of contact to complete triage assessments, identify housing needs and provide initial advice and assistance, with a focus on preventing homelessness.

As well as possessing excellent time management and communication skills, you must have the skills to deliver excellent customer service. Whilst an understanding of the range of support needs of homeless clients is beneficial, you do not need the knowledge of the homelessness legislation or landlord and tenant law. We will provide a robust training plan for you and can offer plenty of opportunities for further training and personal development.
