Nineteen Recruitment is delighted to working with a local client, recruiting on their behalf for a Telecare Support Worker, a role that is based in the Sunderland area.

This is a temporary role, that is long-term and commands a standard hourly rate of £ 10.98 per hour with enhanced rates for bank holidays.

**Job description**

As a Telecare Support Worker, you will be part of a responsive team who completes visits to individuals’ homes that have pressed an alarm for support. You will be supporting them in various ways including moving and handling, personal care, and general cleaning of their homes, to ensure that when you leave, they feel safe and comfortable.

You will also be following and reviewing care plans to ensure individuals are receiving tailored support that suits their needs, whilst also promoting independence and helping service users gain confidence to complete tasks on their own and get involved with activities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one
- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
