Aftersales Coordinator

**Primary purpose of position**

To provide comprehensive customer service support to the company’s customer base

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery expectations
- Complete customer open order books and return within a timely manner
- Communication with production cells to ensure the feedback we are giving customers is most accurate
- Coordinate requested shipments with sales and logistics department
- Effective liaison with all internal departments within Glenair
- Perform related job duties as required around the department
- Cover for colleagues within the department as and when required
- Any other duties and ad hoc project work as and when required
- Willingness to participate in and contribute to Continuous Improvement activities

**Person specification**
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages including AX
- Experience in data inputting and processing
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work as a team
- GCSE In Maths and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
