Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to provide support across all departments in their Winchester-based office.
As a Float Legal Secretary, you will provide secretarial and administrative support with duties including:
- Audio and copy typing
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- File opening procedures
- Time recording
- Liaising with clients
- Taking and passing on telephone messages
- Diary management
- Cover on reception where required
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Head of Department
You should have:
- Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within some different areas of law
- Accurate and fast keyboard skills
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Initiative to prioritise work
- Excellent client care skills
- Experience with case management systems
