About the role of a **Sales Director**:

- Manage a team of 3 people
- Own and hit or exceed personal and team annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Meeting prospective clients and existing key accounts face to face

About you:

- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in Events sales
- Mentored or managed a team
- Good communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
