Hunters’ client, a popular family venue, requires a Senior Barista to prepare and serve consistently high-quality hot drinks at speed, working with beans from local artisan coffee roasters.

40 hours per week annualised with flex up in summer months and flex down in winter months; with regular weekend and bank holiday working.

Hours of work will vary but are generally based around the operating and opening times of 9.00am to 6.00pm.

**Our client is looking for**:

- Previous experience of working as a Barista in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have good interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator?
- The ability to maintain good team working relationships
- Able to work flexibly, with regular weekend and bank holiday working, and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
