**Position Description**:
Secure Innovation is part of CGI’s Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit, focused primarily on the delivery of contemporary and innovative technical solutions for the our client's most challenging problems. Our teams work alongside our clients to help them understand how to exploit technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

We are seeking a professional hybrid Systems Administrator to work as part of the Consulting Unit and to maintain our Microsoft, AWS and Google Identity and Access Management systems on a day to day basis. This includes a user population of ~ 500 and a wide range of Android and Windows devices. Application and data accesses also need specific administration. There will be overlaps to other areas, such as managing accesses to networks based on zero trust principles; or maintaining VoIP directories and dial plans.

**Your future duties and responsibilities**:

- Provisioning, configuring, and managing conditional Device access (Intune, Knox Suite).

Support troubleshooting and investigations as required by the business including using Privacy and Compliance tools.
- Laptop and Desktop management, using Microsoft Intune, for a fleet of Windows Enterprise desktops and Surface Pro laptops. Including patch and update control.
- Monitoring the health of the system from a system administrator’s perspective; with a specific focus on over privileged access and abnormal behaviour alerts.
- Work with stakeholders to implement groups, policies and configurations, to manage and govern the system..
- Configuring and managing User Access.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:

- Basic understanding of networking and how the services interconnect with each other.
- Experience with Microsoft Identity, Security and Compliance services. On-premises (e.g. Active Directory Domain Services, Windows Servers, and on-cloud Azure Active Directory, MS365, Azure).
- Experience with other Cloud Providers Identity Management solutions and services (e.g. AWS Managed AD, Google Workspace Cloud Directory).
- Experience with infrastructure as code. Including terraform, cloud formation, Azure resource templates.
- Experience with setup, deployment, and maintenance of a hybrid and multi cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with system config automation.
- Self-starter / Self-organising / Effective Communicator.

Desired Competencies:

- Desirable to have basic Linux skills too.
- Awareness of zero trust principles.
- SRE mindset focus on automation using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, ideally with exposure to a high level language such as Python or C#.

Security Clearance: Must be UK national - and either hold, or willing to gain higher level Security Cleared (SC).
Working pattern: due to the secure nature of the work we are operating with a hybrid working policy. We would expect our members to be in their local office as and when required. Some travel to other CGI or client sites might be required (all travel away from your base office is expensed)
