**Permanent opportunity - Commercial Gas Engineer - East Midlands - £35,000 - £40,000 DOE**

**Your Role**
- You'll be working on sites which are largely based around the Midlands however this role will see you covering contracts across England.
- Your position will involve some pre-scheduled PPMS, but there will also be lots of opportunity to get involved on the more exciting reactive maintenance and some minor install work.
- The sites include exclusive residential developments as well as blue chip commercial buildings, leisure centres and schools.
- You'll be involved in a call out rota which is 1 in 3.

**About you**
- You'll need a full complement of Gas Tickets including COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1 etc
- You'll need to be a people person - this is a client facing role, so you'll be friendly and willing to go the extra mile to keep customer satisfaction levels high
- Experience of carrying out basic mechanical and plumbing maintenance tasks as well as the commercial gas work.
- Having your oil tickets will also be highly advantageous.
