**About the role**

We are recruiting for a Yield Executive on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly commercial team, supporting with generating and executing price changes to maximise yield. The key accountabilities of this role include:

- Providing pricing support to the Yield Team
- Maintaining and producing competitor price data
- Providing prices to the Marketing teams to support marketing activity
- Analysing booking data to support pricing and margin strategy

This is a busy role. Our essential criteria for this role are:

- Strong commercial awareness with experience of pricing and reacting to a changing market
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data with competent excel skills (including Pivots)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to commute to our Gatwick office, minimum twice weekly or plan to relocate before starting work

Our offices are based just outside Gatwick Airport and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first four weeks with us. We offer flexible start and finish times.

This role is full time.
