**About the role**

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated IT and Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a full time permanent basis, to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and facilities. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the organization’s IT infrastructure and facilities. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of both areas, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements.

**Key responsibilities**

As the IT and Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our organization's information technology infrastructure and physical facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability and functionality of IT equipment, systems, and coordinating various facilities-related tasks. This role requires a strong focus on organization, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot IT issues effectively.

IT Management:

- Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support to staff.
- Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software as needed.
- Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
- Collaborate with external vendors for IT procurement and support.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures.

Facilities Management:

- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the organization’s facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and improvements.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe.
- Coordinate office space planning, including seating arrangements and workspace setups.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, including copiers, printers, and phone systems.
- Oversee janitorial services and office cleaning.
- Arrange for repairs and maintenance of facilities and equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order replacements when necessary.

Fleet Coordination:

- Manage the organization’s fleet of vehicles. This includes scheduling maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating vehicle assignments.

Policy Development:

- Develop policies and procedures related to IT, facilities management, and fleet coordination.

**About You**
- Experience in IT support and facilities management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
