Support Worker/carer

We currently have opportunities for caring, hard working Support workers to join our team. You will be required to work as part of a team to support and meet individual’s goals. 1:1 work will also be required to support individuals in their own home and out in the community. You will be recognised for your hard work and commitment, by being part of our Colleague Benefit Scheme which includes: £50 Gift card after 6 months of service, vouchers for significant birthdays, as well as money towards wedding, moving home and new baby costs.

You will provide Person Centred Support to a range of individuals.

Flexibility for evening and weekend work is required and there is always the opportunity for regular overtime, upon request.

Experience of supporting individuals with additional needs is essential.

Valid driving license, with own vehicle and willingness to drive adapted vehicles is also essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
