Housekeeping Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special cleaning projects
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff attendance and performance evaluations
