Position**:Office Administrator** (Part Time)
Location**:Portrush**
**Salary**: Negotiable
CSR are recruiting on behalf of our Construction client for a permanent Office Administrator to work in their office in Portrush. Our client provides construction, property redevelopment and refurbishment services across NI.
**Responsibilities**
- Must be able to use SAGE effectively
- Be able to manage social media accounts
- Filing and invoicing experience is essential
- Answering telephone calls and patching calls to colleagues
- Taking detailed messages
- Correlated staff holidays to shared calendars once approved by line managers
- Book travel and accommodation for traveling staff
- Book in temp staff as and when required by line manager for sites
- Record all site staff times daily and produce time sheets weekly for processing
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Teams, Word etc
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritization skills
