**Salary**: An additional 10% night pay allowance is payable for hours between 10.00pm to 8.00am

**Job Summary**:
George Williams House is an accommodation unit for 9 families and 6 young people. Our aim is to support families and young people by providing a settled period of accommodation during which time staff can help them to develop their capacity, self-esteem and life skills to enable them to live independently in the community.

***Overall purpose of the role**:
As Night Concierge you will be working through the night, responsible for managing a front office environment including dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, engaging with clients, staff and external visitors and have good communication skills. You will be required to carry out and complete some administration duties and carry out regular patrols of the building.
- Managing front office environment including dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, engaging with clients, staff and external visitors and other activities associated with managing front office.
- Experience of working with vulnerable clients in a supportive setting.
- Meeting the needs of the service users in a person-centred approach.
- Ensuring full building security and housing management throughout the night. This will include cleaning and health and safety duties.
- Legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff.
- Proficient in range of IT Packages
- Excellent planning, organising and time management skills.
- Understand a personal value base which is in line with core values of the organisation
- Work shifts, unsociable hours, weekend work - flexible approach to hours worked as required.
