Fel cynorthwyydd gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid byddwch yn croesawu’r gymuned i’r cyfleuster, boed yn rhywun sy’n mynychu’r gym ers tro neu’n rhywun sy’n camu am y tro cyntaf i’r cyfleuster. Ymdrechwn at roi croeso cynnes a chyfeillgar i bawb.

Wrth ymuno a bod yn rhan o dîm cyfeillgard a chefnogol, byddwch yn cynyddu’ch gwybodaeth am yr hyn sydd ar gael yn Canolfan Hamdden Abertawe fel eich bod chi’n gallu rhannu hyn gyda’n defnyddwyr. Ni fydd dau ddiwrnod yr un peth wrth i chi ryngweithio gydag amrywiaeth eang o ddefnyddwyr y ganolfan. Bydd cyfle hefyd i chi gyflenwi ein gwasanaeth arlwyo o ardal gyfunedig caffi’r dderbynfa. Gallwch gynnig hyfforddiant llawn wrth i chi weithio a chyfleoedd dilyniant yn eich gyrfa oddi fewn i’r cwmni i sicrhau eich bod chi’n tyfu fel yr ydym ni.

We are a not-for-profit leisure trust with a strong purpose and commitment to support our local communities and hard-to-reach groups, encouraging them to become more active, enhancing their physical and mental wellbeing and contributing to improved lives.

As a Customer Service Assistant you will welcome the community into the facility, whether that be a seasoned gym goer or somebody making their first steps into the facility. We strive to provide a warm friendly welcome to all.

Joining part of friendly and supportive team you will be you will build your knowledge of what’s on offer at LC Swansea so that you can share this with our users. No two days will be the same as you interact with the wide range of centre users, you will also have the opportunity to deliver our catering service from the combined reception café area. We can offer full on the job training and career progression opportunities within the company to ensure you grow as we do.

**Hours: 30 hours a week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)**

**Requirements**:

- Gallu a dealltwriaeth o sut i ymwneud â chwsmeriaid o bob oed a gallu, a hefyd pob lefel o staff.
- Sgiliau rhyngbersonol datblygedig
- Agwedd o weithio fel tîm, yn gallu gweithio ar draws ffiniau’r sefydliad a dangos diddordeb a chefnogi gwaith staff a chydweithwyr.
- Gallu gweithio’n hyblyg a deall cyfarwyddiadau gan reolwyr
- Dangos angerdd ac egni i’r diwydiant hamdden
- Yn hyblyg ac ystwyth.
- An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues
- To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
- Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
- Flexible and adaptable
