Our inaugural Sommelier will be responsible for:

- Ensuring a world class and unparalleled English wine list for our bar and restaurant
- Ensuring that our list adheres to our GP structure and wastage is kept to a minimum
- Ensuring our front of house team is trained and prepped for imparting knowledge to our guests
- Delivering in house tasting for our guests and team
- Being the point of contact for our wine partner Gusbourne and building great relationships with other English vineyards
- Running a section in service

You will be friendly, welcoming, and ready to grow with the business.

You will work with a talented and supportive team who are passionate about the incredible local produce and award-winning English wines produced in the surrounding countryside, all striving to go beyond for guests, our team and the community.

We will invest in you and support your continued learning and development through local supplier visits and training, including professional WSET qualifications and daily tasting of new dishes and drinks.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
