**Role**:
We are looking for seven Debt Recovery Agents to deal with the outstanding debt and action the debt recovery processes.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for a subset of:

- collection of unpaid levies or fines outstanding in line the Debt Recovery processes including inbound and outbound calling
- assessing and processing cases for court recovery through the required channels
- resolution of debtor queries received through various channels within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- hardship requests and payment plans
- reviews of cases and any associated write offs
- payments, reconciliations, and banking processes

**Essential and desirable criteria**:
**Essential**:

- Knowledge and experience of Debt Recovery.
- Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a Debt Recovery function.
- Excel experience to an advanced level.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of processing claims through the courts in UK.

**Person specification**:

- Excellent customer service.
