We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our client in Bagshot on a fixed term contract. Supporting x2 company directors you will be responsible for delivering administrative and secrearial support including diary management and inbox monitoring.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable to assist with personal affairs when required including personal travel and household administration.

Title: Personal Assistant

Contract: 9 Month FTC

Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm) - office based

**Salary**: £32,000 - £37,000

Location: Bagshot

The role will include:

- Inbox and diary management
- Organising and attending meetings, taking and distributing minutes
- Arranging all work related and personal travel, UK and abroad
- Managing personal finances and household administration when needed
- Supporting HR Director with administration, interview arrangements and contract administration
- Management of both personal and corporate events
- Organise office events, teams meals/Christmas parties

We are looking for:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
- Experience or knowledge within HR desirable but not essential
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Professional
- Highly organised with good time management
- Quickly adapt to suit a fast paced environment and changing workload
