**Job Description**:
Cornish Tea and Coffee is seeking a Trainee Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated warehouse team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the receipt and inspection of incoming goods.
- Learning to accurately pick and pack orders for timely shipment.
- Supporting with managing stock control.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience necessary; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- GCSE's or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
