We are looking for 2 x School Senior Student Leader (InfPALS) within the School of Informatics.

**The Opportunity**:
The University of Edinburgh is committed to providing an outstanding student experience where possible, offering employment opportunities that provide both income and work experience during a student's time with us, preparing them for life beyond their studies and equipping them with the expertise and attributes they need to achieve their full potential within the global community.

The post is ONLY available for current undergraduate University of Edinburgh students in the School of Informatics in their third or fourth years of study. Students are expected to prepare and deliver sessions and/or facilitate group discussions linked to non-honours year courses.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- HNC/HND or equivalent level qualifications plus typically previous relevant work experience **OR **Broad experience, acquired through a combination of job related training and considerable on the job experience, demonstrating development through involvement in progressively more demanding relevant work/roles
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Experience of InfPALS
- Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures including standard software packages and possibly non-standard software
- An understanding of the diverse profile of students within the School.
