**A highly successful Domiciliary care franchise are seeking a deputy manager for their well-established service in Sefton, Merseyside.**
**Joining a full team with excellent levels of support, you will receive high levels of training in assisting with the day to day running of the service and a development plan will be put in place to become a Registered Manager**
**The Company**:

- Deliver bespoke homecare nationally
- Franchise setup - have 70+ branches across the UK
- Work with both local authority and private clients
- Work Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
- Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression

**The role**:

- Assisting in managing the day to day running of the branch - focus on managing the team of care professionals and efficient operation of the service
- Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
- Ensure the service remains compliant with the CQC
- Support and manage office staff,

**Required competencies**:

- Previous homecare experience is essential,
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Knowledge of Sefton and Merseyside area desirable
- Ambitious and driven personality
- Excellent personal skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care

You MUST have worked within a care setting at management level.
