Internal Sales Specialist

As Internal Sales Specialist you'll be using your confident communication / interpersonal skill to question your customer around their needs to determine the best suited products for their need. You'll be using your networking prowess to build productive relationship both internally and externally, identifying opportunities to cross and upsell appropriate services and solutions.

Core duties include but are not limited to:

- Use exceptional telephone skills to gain information and understanding from customers.
- Nurturing and developing all leads presented to ensure the business opportunity is optimized
- Cultivate and develop initial customer relationships to understand long term needs
- Achieve monthly outbound call activity goals, sales targets / KPI's
- Overcome objections of potential conversion / new sales opportunities providing supplementary literature and material for consumer use where applicable
- Develop a deep understanding of company product and service offerings though participation in periodic training and development across products, marketing, customer care, service excellence
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to end users
- Use clinical guides and tools where appropriate to support consumers with better solutions for their needs
- Work collaboratively with customer services, marketing and clinical support teams
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of CRM functionality
- Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvement

- Understands the value of networking and nurturing productive internal / external relationships in the long term
