Taxation Apprentice

WBV are looking for a Taxation Apprentice, no experience is necessary as training will be provided. Further career progression opportunities within the organisation will also be available on the completion of the AAT / ATT qualification. Study support will be provided for these qualifications. The role requires someone who is efficient and has attention to detail. You will be joining a fantastic team of professional individuals who offer excellent client focused service, and will be responsible for processing the personal taxation information of a number of individual clients records and the accounting records for a portfolio of different clients, using various accounting software packages.

You will have your own small portfolio of clients to look after plus provide assistance as and when needed to other members of the department. Your duties will include:

- Income and expenditure accounts
- Rental Accounts
- Tax return preparation for individual and small partnerships
- Bank Reconciliation
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Some involvement in the accounts production of sole traders and partnerships.

The role will be based in the Swansea office and may occasionally involve travel to client’s premises, so a full driving licence and use of a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
