**Human Resources Administrator**

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dame Allan’s HR team in this highly successful school. The Human Resources Administrator will deliver efficient and people-focused comprehensive HR administrative support to the Schools across the full employee life cycle.

As post holder, you will hold a key role within a small yet busy department comprising the Head of HR and HR Officer.

You will be an exceptional administrator with good written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable working with colleagues and partners at all levels, exercising tact, diplomacy and confidentiality where appropriate.

This is a great opportunity for someone with the enthusiasm to develop a career in HR or seeking satisfaction working in a varied and rewarding HR role for a leading independent school.

This role is based at our Senior School (Fenham) location.
