**Reward Officer**:
**Grade 6 (£28,762 - £34,308 p.a. depending on experience)**

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

**Are you an experienced project coordinator, well organised and analytical? Do you have an interest in or experience of working in Reward?**

The People and Culture Directorate are looking for a Reward Officer who can bring these important skills and enthusiasm to the role while developing their career Human Resources. Working in collaboration with People & Culture colleagues, this busy role will work closely with all parts of the University to support us to recruit and retain the best people.

As the Reward Officer, you will be supporting reward processes and activities across the University, including annual pay reviews, market benchmarking and the University's recognition processes. Working under the guidance of the Reward Manager, you will support the communication of Reward and Benefits across the University and you will contribute to large reward projects, providing data and analytical support.
