Front of House Receptionist

Paddington Works, launched in late 2018 is a 16,000 sq ft private studio and co-working space with production and events facilities, with potential to grow into our other site. **Responsibilities**:
Front of House and Administration Support:
- Be the first point of contact on our reception ensuring all members and guests are made to feel welcome and well looked after
- Learn and utilise the 'Nexudus' platform to manage all member services
- Provide a help desk service for all centre questions, issues, problems and manage ticketing system for repairs/fixes
- Manage all mail, parcels and couriers
- Provide a telephone reception service for the building
- Building opening and closing
- Maintain stock levels of building consumables
Business Support:
- Help delivery events if necessary, including room set up and catering set up
- Assist in managing the booking calendar for events and meeting rooms
- Liaise with external contractors (caterers, entertainment, and production)
- Content creation for social media
- Administrative support for rest of Paddington Works team
- Additional duties to support the smooth running of the business as required
Key requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A team player who’s eager to get stuck in
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal English
- Minimum GCSE/A’Levels (or equivalent) - including English and Maths
- Legal right to work in the UK
Advantageous skills:
- Previous experience in co-working/hospitality
- Knowledge of Nexudus, or other workspace operation systems
- Professional experience creating content for social media platforms
- Additional languages
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £13.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
