Are you a Warehouse Chargehand or Team Leader, looking to join one of the UKs leading Logistics companies? Would you like to experience weekends off whilst working a fulfilling week ensuring loads are safely placed on to our trailers to deliver ETEX products around the UK? Are you physically fit and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for Warehouse Chargehands to join our team working on the ETEX Contract in Portbury.

You will be working Monday to Friday 40 hours a week ,rotating shift pattern AM/ PM/Nights - shift patterns 6-2pm /2-10pm/22.00-6am.

and will have a salary of £28,000 to £30,000. Working in a busy plasterboard manufacturing warehouse in Portbury

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- You will be loading trailers and securing goods safely
- Sign in strappers (on site 5 mins prior to start report to messroom)
- To collate time sheets hand to office at end of week
- Briefing given to strappers, i.e. ETEX / XPO comms, safety, site rules
- To liaise with ETEX Shift Manager at start of shift and as required throughout the shift
- Report any core fleet defects to PBOPS
- Report any strapper concerns and issues to Shift Management
- Overseeing a small team of warehouse operatives
- Adhering to strict health and safety policies
- Full training will be given
- You will work in a safe manner at all times

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- Must be flexible in regards working hours as you will be working a three shift pattern
- Previous similar experience would be an advantage
