Business Services Group based in Ryde, Isle of Wight, has a requirement for a Management Accountant to undertake a newly created position supporting the Head of Finance in the development and implementation of effective management reporting for the business.
**What will the Management Accountant role involve?**
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the main responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include:

- Support the annual budgeting process including undertaking monthly reforecasting responsibilities;
- Undertake monthly balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations;
- Production of the monthly management accounts;
- Provide detailed monthly variance analysis, investigating any variances and preparation of detailed commentary;
- Preparation of monthly P&L providing detailed analysis and review;
- Support Head of Finance in undertaking a review of internal processes and existing reports, making recommendations and implementing effective changes where necessary.
