You'll be working for the CTD Group in **Preston**. CTD is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK. At CTD Tiles we aim to fulfil your needs when it comes to your tiling requirements. From bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, walland floor tiles, ceramic tiles, and porcelain tiles, we have it all. **What will I be doing in the role?**

Our Branch Assistants are very important to the smooth running of the business. Their role is important to help ensure products are where they need to be on time, in perfect condition. As well as working with our customers to ensure they are receiving thebest customer experience and always working with the customers' needs at the forefront. To support our customers to succeed you will;
- Deal with a range of customers face to face and over the phone
- Ensure showroom displays are accurate, current, clean & tidy and POS up to date
- Carry out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes
- Ensure that returns are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner
- Demonstrate flexibility and team-working in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the overall business
- Prepare for and carry out regular stock takes in accordance with company procedures.
- Operate Manual Handling Equipment.
- Undertake general housekeeping duties..
- All duties to be completed in line with current Health & Safety Guide lines.
