Site Operative

KB Trades are urgently seeking an experienced Site Operative for long term/ permanent work on a site in Wombourne, Wolverhampton.

Essential requirements for this role:
A valid CSCS card is preferred but not essential, PPE, previous construction site experience and be able to provide references from a previous Site Manager (ideally from a contract you have completed within the past 3 months)

You MUST be reliable, hard working, be able to work to instruction and as part of a team.

Due to the nature of the works, the environment will be fast paced with some heavy lifting involved - you MUST be physically fit and have good knowledge of safe manual handling and Health & Safety awareness.

Daily duties will include:
Clean production office; empty bins and mop the floors

Clean Canteen area, mop floors

Clean Factory toilets, replenish paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, empty bins and mop floors

Tidy Front car park and reception entrance area of any litter/mess

Tidy Side storage area, large storage yard and skip area

Empty joinery workshop bins and remove scrap timber

Empty machine shop bins, clean around machinery

Empty framing shop bins, clean around machinery remove scrap timber

Empty large machine shop bins clean main floor area between machines

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
