- Have limited work experience
- Have not participated in a W&R SETA learnership before Any of the following skills will be an advantage:

- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Planning/organizing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
