General Administrative Assistant

Total Staff Services are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients based in Garston. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the site, managing the main switchboard for the office and greeting customers in a professional manner.
Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 0800-1600. Salary guide up to £25k DOE.
**Duties will Include**:
- Compliance with all company policies & procedures as well as all health and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
- Using SAP systems.
- Covering the Weighbridge Administrator when required.
- Uploading site tracker from production log.
- Meeting room bookings.
- Filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Reception duties.
- Site inductions.
- Purchase Orders & Invoicing.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Maintenance of systems & record keeping.
- General admin/reception experience.
- Data entry skills.
- Familiar with payroll, purchasing & invoicing.
- Previous experience using SAP Systems.
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
