Supply Coordinator

Dartford

Mon - Fri 9.00 - 5.30 office based

£25000 + excellent benefits

This role is working for a luxury home brand and is based in their Head Office, which are lovely modern offices just outskirts of Dartford, with good transport links an also lots of amenities close by

The role will be varied and cover ;
- Liaising with suppliers regarding stock availability,
- Liaise with transport & warehouse & 3rd parties on products availability & delivery timescales
- Liaise with third-party couriers to arrange separate deliveries if our transport is unable to accommodate.
- Client contact to introduce and advise on various aspects of service; their orders, project timescales, stock availability, delivery updates, invoice payments, credit limits etc
- Liaising with Site to ensure the goods are delivered in line with the client’s schedule.
- Provide clients with a breakdown of what has been delivered and lead time information if required.
- Dealing with export orders and all corresponding paperwork
- Liaise with accounts dept.
- Submitting Purchase Orders to suppliers, confirming accuracy of information
- Co-ordinating Contract orders.
- General office duties
