Bartender and Mixologist

We are currently looking for experienced like minded individuals to join our new sophisticated private members club based in a stunning period building in the heart of the Cotswolds. We are looking for individuals to demonstrate and maintain exceptional standards across the business with a keen eye and attention to detail. Ultimately, as integral members of the team, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time they visit. Possessing natural hospitality charm and charisma with a calm and can-do attitude, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

Mixologist Job Description

What we are looking for:

- A minimum 3 years experience in cocktail bartending
- Someone who is always presentable and hygienic.
- Great attention to detail.
- Someone who is flexible and hard working.
- Driven and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a high volume environment.
- Someone with full grasp of the English language.
- Experienced in Cocktail Creation and menu design.
- Team Players.
- Personable and friendly manor.

Mixologist responsibilities:

- Go above and beyond to ensure the guests expectations met and surpassed.
- Provide high quality beverages.
- Show great knowledge of the property and products offered.
- Ensure that all areas are clean and presentable at all times for guests and members.
- To show integrity through your menu and product knowledge to go above and beyond for our guests.
- Ensure drinks are prepared and distributed in a quick and timely manner.
- Entertain our guests with advanced cocktail skill.
- Assist in the development of the cocktail menu as well as assist in the creation and sourcing of unique ingredients
- Assist peers in their knowledge of the cocktail and drinks list
- Ensure all bills are closed correctly by end of service.

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year + Service Charge/tip
