Our client is looking for an CQC Registered Manager for a service that supports individuals with learning disabilities. This could suit a manager looking for the next step up or a service manager of a supported living that would like to move into residentialcare.
About the client:
Our client forward thinking, leading provider of support for several different client groups to include learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs.
About the role:
- To succeed in this role, you will do the following:
- Be passionate about support for people with Autism
- Strong Leader, lead from the front
Be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication
- Understand the company values and will be respectful, professional and committed to continuous learning and reflection.
- Be driven and committed to undertake any necessary training and continuous learning to ensure a high-level performance.
- Be creative, enthusiastic and energised to inspire and encourage the staff team to achieve positive outcomes for the service users and professional development for themselves., while promoting trusted relationships and maintaining professional boundaries.
**What are the requirements?**
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
(Essential)
- 2 - 4 years' experience as a manager
- Strong knowledge of CQC
- Been though and prepared for a CQC Inspection either as a manager r supporting deputy
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities
- LMC Level 5
- Car Driver Desirable
(Desirable)
- Live locally to Harrow or can commute easily.
**Salary Range**
Ranging from £32,000 per year
