A 31 bedroomed country hotel with an award winning restaurant.

Proven front of house experience in hospitality with a good working knowledge of Microsoft word and excellent customer skills.

Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing room keys. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Supply guests with directions and information regarding the hotel and local areas of interest. Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Process restaurant bills and reconcile bar and restaurant tills at the end of the shift.

Shift work Monday to Fridays 7am - 3pm & 3pm - 11pm

Weekends 7.30am - 4pm & 4pm - Midnight

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
