Ecommerce Merchandiser

What you'll do
**Day-to-day**
**Delivering.**Using your strong understanding of the Toolstation brand, its customers and the specified range, you’ll build a strong relationship with the relevant category buying team to support you in delivering the strong revenue growth ambitionsin place.
**Analysing.** Maximising product positioning and availability by looking at the sales data, providing insights to the business to improve our product offering. Using Sale and web metrics to enhance products and categories, highlighting onlineshopping trends and top sellers to the buying team.
**Planning.** Making sure all content updates for your categories are on time to allow for the catalogue launch and during the catalogue cycle. Planning the merchandising campaigns for relevant categories working with the marketing and buying teamto ensure they align with trading plans and objectives.
**Leading.** Coaching, mentoring and developing your Junior Merchandiser to be the best version of them.
What you'll bring
**Experience.** You’re well versed in online merchandising whether in an eCommerce setting or strong merchandising skills with exposure to online trading. At home in a fast-paced growth business you’re a natural relationship builder which has helpedyou deliver strong revenue growth in the past.
**Analytical. ** You love data; analysing, interpreting and problem solving is something your thing. You get data, analyse it and propose actionable insights and actions with ease.
**Technical.** Proven experience using Google Analytics, Core Metrics, Fredhopper to identify trends and take appropriate actions whilst confidently managing spreadsheets and using this to handle data, confident using various formulae and techniques
**Commercial.** Strong awareness and understanding of how Ecommerce Merchandising impacts online turnover
